Visit Centennial Olympic Park (rain or shine) for fun, free things to do in Atlanta on July 4th. Arrive at the Park early to secure a good seat and enjoy fun for the whole family! Children’s activities are in the south end of the Park around the Fountain of Rings from noon to 5 p.m.

Or families can relax on the Great Lawn and splash in the world famous Fountain of Rings. Due to the exciting, evening entertainment, the 6:30 and 9 p.m. Fountain of Rings shows will be cancelled.

The free musical entertainment begins at approximately 5 p.m. with the popular, local band Stokeswood.

Following at 6:30 p.m. is a performance from the Infinity Show Band, one of the Southeast’s premier entertainment bands.

The headliner at 8 p.m. is American rock band Vertical Horizon.

The finale of the evening is the AirTran Airways Fireworks Spectacular, Atlanta’s best fireworks display synchronized to a special selection of patriotic music.
